Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

According to current legislation, consumers have the right to return products purchased online, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.

2. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered – unworn, unwashed, without signs of wear.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with intact labels.
The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or fiscal receipt, in physical or electronic format).

3. How to make a return

To return a product, send an e-mail to office@sitaraclothing.com specifying:

Full name
Order number
The product you wish to return
Reason (optional)

After confirmation, the product must be sent by courier to the address you will receive by e-mail. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

4. Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will refund the paid amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise requested).

Initial delivery costs are not refunded, unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

5. Products that cannot be returned

The following product categories cannot be returned:

Underwear or swimwear products, for hygiene reasons
Products customized at the customer's request

6. Defective or incorrect products

If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt, at contact@sitaraclothing.com, with attached photos. We will replace the product or refund the full amount, without additional costs.
