Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered by express courier to the address specified by the client in the order form. We collaborate with well-known courier companies to ensure optimal delivery conditions.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 1 - 5 business days from the moment of order confirmation. During busy periods (holidays, sales), delivery may be delayed.

We will notify you by email or phone if exceptional situations arise.

3. Delivery Costs

The delivery cost is displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.

Standard Delivery (Romania): 29 RON
Delivery is free for orders exceeding 1500 RON - if applicable.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes details about the ordered products and delivery information. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.

5. Package Tracking

After the order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number (AWB) to check the real-time status of your package on the courier company's website.

6. Failed Delivery or Package Refusal

If delivery is not possible due to reasons attributable to the client (incorrect address, absence at the address, package refusal, etc.), the package will be returned to us. For re-shipment, an additional delivery fee may be charged.

7. Products Damaged During Transit

If you receive a visibly damaged package, we recommend that you refuse to accept it and request a damage report from the courier. Then, please contact us at contact@sitaraclothing.com.
