Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At sitaraclothing.com, we offer customers the following payment methods:

Online payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) - via a secure processor
Cash on delivery - depending on the options available at checkout

2. Card Payment

Online payment is carried out under maximum security conditions, through an authorized payment processor, using a secure data encryption protocol (SSL).

Card data is NOT stored by THE HOTULIGS SRL and is NOT accessible to online store employees.

At the time of payment, you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor, where you will enter your card details.

3. Cash on Delivery

If you choose cash on delivery, you will pay the order amount in cash, directly to the courier, at the time of delivery. This option is only available for deliveries in Romania and may be subject to value limits (e.g., max 500 RON).

4. Payment Confirmation

For card payments, you will receive an automatic email confirming the payment.
If payment is not confirmed, the order will not be processed.

We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed orders or in cases of system errors or suspicion of fraud.

5. Invoicing

For each completed order, you will receive an invoice in electronic format, sent to the email address used for the order. Upon request, we can also send the invoice in printed format, in the package.
